This is the NCCP training course for sprint canoe kayak called Entry Level Competitive Coach (ELCC) and Making Ethical Decisions. The ELCC program teaches children fundamental canoe & kayak skills and encourages a lifelong interest in paddling, to enhance their quality of life and health.
