Pleasure Craft Operators License Course (May 13th 6PM & May 15th 10AM )

If you plan to volunteer as a Referee Boat Driver for regattas, we will pay for your course. You need to commit to a minimum of 3 regattas in the 2021 season. Please contact robin@adckc.ca and she will complete your registration for you. Please pick up your Pleasure Craft Booklet at the ADCKC building any time Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM.

Entry Level Competitive Coach (ELCC) (May 31, June 2 & 3)

This is the NCCP training course for sprint canoe kayak called Entry Level Competitive Coach (ELCC). The ELCC program teaches children fundamental canoe & kayak skills and encourages a lifelong interest in paddling, to enhance their quality of life and health. You must be at least 16 years old to take this course.

CanoeKids Certification Training (May 17, 19 & 20 or June 9 & 10)

This is the NCCP training course for sprint canoe kayak called CanoeKids. The Canoe Kids program teaches children fundamental canoe & kayak skills and encourages a lifelong interest in paddling, to enhance their quality of life and health. These two courses are the minimum requirement for coaching in the Atlantic Division of Canoe Kayak Canada. You must be at least 13 years old to take this course.

Making Ethical Decisions (April 12, May 11 & June 14)
