Fall Trail Runs for Paddlers
The ADCKC trail runs are back! π
Paddlers havenβt had a chance to run with athletes from different clubs since last year! Now that covid protocols have relaxed we can finally get back to some good-old-fashioned trail running!
This year every weβre taking it to the Lake William Trail at Powder Mill Park, Waverly, (across the street) every Saturday beginning November 20th at 8:00 am! Everyone runs along the same trail with turnaround points along the same path.
Distance Options:
U18+ and capable young athletes run 12k
U16 and capable young athletes run 10k
8k at coach discretion
Everyone is welcome to attend and parents are encouraged to walk the trail while athletes are running. If you have any questions, please reach out and we will be happy to clarify any of the details.
