Team Atlantic U16 Men Kayak/Canoe had their first crew boat session on Lake Banook yesterday evening. The team completed a practice of 12 x 2 minutes with one minute rest. The team finished practice with a 50 meter dash. The K-4 crew of Ian Gaudet, Caleb Gray, Cole Parsons, and Craig Johnson took the win! #paddlingliveshere
