Team Atlantic Germany Trip Update!
The group of 7 athletes and 4 coaches have successfully arrived in Berlin, Germany. They are staying at the Sports Club Berlin-Grünau e. V. which provides boats, accommodations and meals for the group.
The group has been exposed to world-class talent in their first three days of training. Multiple Senior and U23 World Champions, Junior World Champions, and Olympic Hopes athletes are all training out of this club.
“This experience is so influential on our up and coming athletes,” says Jake Jeannot (ADCKC’s Sports Excellence Lead). “Training with world-class competitors really puts into perspective how hard our athletes have to work to make the next step in their careers.''
Tonight is the clubs awards night and Saturday is the 50th-anniversary party which will be quite an experience for the group.
The team will be in Berlin until November 2nd, 2019.
