Team Atlantic U14 Men Kayak/Canoe had their first crew boats practice on Lake Banook yesterday evening. They completed a 12 x 2 minutes on, 1-minute rest. At the end of the practice, the team lined it up head to head for the last 50 meters. #padlingliveshere
